Yes. You can send a request without being charged. Dates are not held until the team confirms the rate, creates the reservation, and sends written confirmation.

Cancellation depends on the confirmed rate. The standard rate generally allows free cancellation until 30 days before check-in, then retains 50% of the accommodation fare. Your exact rate and terms are confirmed in writing before any payment; see the Cancellation Policy for details.
