Welcome to Friday Retreats Ltd’s website and booking tools (the “Platform”, “Friday”, or “We”). The Platform allows guests to browse residences, request or confirm stays, book experiences, communicate with us, and access stay-related information (the “Service”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) outlines our privacy practices with respect to the Service, including the ways your personal information and data are collected, stored, used and shared.
Providing us with your personal information is a choice you make. We appreciate that and thank you for making this choice. You are not legally obligated to provide us with this information, but we do need it to allow you to use the Service. We act as data controllers and are responsible for the collection and use of any data that you submit or provide through the Service.
In addition to this privacy statement, we may have additional policies or codes of conduct which will apply in relation to your use of the Service. If you have any questions, please contact us.
What kind of personal information is collected
When you submit an inquiry, make a booking, contact support, prepare a stay, use a guest link, or complete a check-in form, you may provide information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, stay dates, guest count, preferences, special requests, arrival information, and reasonably required documents.
We may process payment information, proofs of payment, payment status, invoices, deposits, refunds, and information needed to verify or manage a reservation. Full card details are collected by a payment processor when one is used; we do not store full card details on our own systems.
We may use cookies, server logs, and similar technologies to collect browsing, device, IP address, performance, analytics, security, and, if you consent, marketing data. Analytics tools may collect pageviews, clicks, form submissions, and funnel steps to help us detect bugs and improve the experience. Advertising pixels, when configured and accepted, may measure campaigns, retarget visitors, and create lookalike audiences.
When you are a property owner, owner prospect, supplier, or partner, we may also collect business information, bank details, contract documents, tax information, property evidence, and information needed to manage the property or remit amounts due.
Guest links and stay portal
If we make a stay link, magic link, or guest portal available to you, it may display sensitive stay information such as the property address, Google Maps link, check-in instructions, access codes, lockbox information, check-in forms, recommendations, support messages, and reservation details. We process this information to prepare and manage your stay, secure access, and provide guest support. We may limit, expire, or revoke these links for security or end-of-stay reasons.

Marketing cookies are used only if you accept them where that consent is required.
If you wish to block cookies, you may do so through your browser’s settings or using the cookie preferences in the Service.
