Legal documents.
The version governing an agreement is the version that agreement cites. Publishing a newer version does not automatically replace the terms of an existing agreement.
Management Agreements referencing Version 27 June 2025 remain governed by that version unless formally migrated in accordance with their own terms.

Current-version pointers resolve to the dated versions above. Contracts must always cite a dated URL, never a moving current-version pointer.

About the dates
Publication date, a version's effective date, and the date an agreement adopts that version can differ. The signed agreement and its Commercial Schedule determine which version applies.
